Tuve la oportunidad y la fortuna de haber podido viajar bastante por el mundo, y sin lugar a dudas puedo decir que fue la mejor estadia que tuve, por lejos. El personal es para sacarse el sombrero, resolutivos, bien predispuestos y siempre con una sonrisa. Las instalaciones excelentes, por momentos parece que estas adentro de una pelicula o de un parque de Disney World, los tragos y el desayuno impecables, y la ubicacion probablemente sea la mejor de Jeri. Sin lugar a dudas vamos a volver y se lo recomiendo a todo aquel que busque vivir un viaje impecable.

Tudo organizado e limpo, ambiente agradável de frente para o mar, localização excelente em Jeri, perto do centrinho porém longe da confusão . O hotel é ótimo e funcionários muito cordiais! Se eu for novamente a Jeri me hospedaria lá sem dúvidas!

Péssimo! Me venderam atrações e não cumpriram, me prometeram mais uma diária para compensar e quando cheguei, me negaram. A pousada estava um caos, cheia de entulhos, a cozinha era na recepção, eu e minha esposa fomos mal tratados pela gerência. Foi tão terrível que fomos embora para outra pousada. E olha que estou resumindo. Não recomendo, é terrível! Principalmente o atendimento da gerência.

Hotel muito bom; preços abusivos na cidade
Nada a reclamar. O café da manhã é muito agradável, pois é servido de frente à praia. O quarto em que fiquei era amplo, simples e aconchegante. A localização é muito boa e a limpeza do hotel não deixa margem a crítica. Eu recomendo o hotel. Contudo, deve ser feita uma ressalva quanto a Jericoacoara: prepare-se para preços abusivos em restaurantes, passeios e lojas. O turista em Jericoacoara é visto como uma carteira, tratado como um objeto a ser explorado ao máximo. Apesar de encantadora a cidade e de belíssimo o Parque Nacional, os preços cobrados são injustificáveis, sendo mais econômico viajar ao exterior do que conhecer o próprio país.
